Key Responsibilities
Participate in professional development and online learning sessions
Apply guided training in digital marketing and lead generation
Conduct professional discovery interviews and qualify potential candidates
Facilitate engagement and onboarding processes
Mentor and support others in their learning development
Preferred Background
5–8 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience in a corporate or business setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-directed and accountable with a growth mindset
Passion for leadership, learning, and empowering others
Comfortable working independently and managing your own outcomes
