Position Objective:
To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance Nova Institute of Technology’s brand visibility and market presence through research-driven initiatives, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement, in alignment with the organisation’s overall objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and execute detailed marketing plans to meet the sales targets as outlined in the Business Plan for various sales channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify market opportunities and support strategic marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Management: Organize and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and promoting institutional awareness.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with multicultural media outlets and external partners to facilitate ongoing engagement and collaborative marketing efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing professionals and other departments to ensure consistent and unified brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Ensure material creation and engagement on digital platforms and advertising channels to effectively reach target audiences and build brand recognition.
• Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accountability through regular reporting on marketing activities and their outcomes, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in marketing strategy development, execution and team leadership, preferably within the education sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytical software, and CRM systems.

Working Relationships:
• Frequent interaction with internal stakeholders, external partners, and educational agents both onshore and offshore.
• Report directly to the Principal Executive Officer and maintain open lines of communication with all relevant departments and team members.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Continuously explore opportunities for professional development and innovation within the marketing field.
• Provide insights and feedback to senior management to help shape future marketing strategies and organizational policies.
Salary - $80,000 - $88,000 plus super
