From our reconditioning standards, through to delivery and customer support, our customers are really at the heart of everything we do.About the Role You will be instrumental in driving Carma's growth through the creation and implementation of innovative training content that will allow our teams to elevate their understanding and capability. We're in the early stages of developing our training framework and content - so at this stage you will get the chance to be involved in all things training - from content and framework creation, as well as a facilitation and train the trainer!Responsibilities; Design and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions in response to the business’s prioritiesApply knowledge of design principles and learning frameworks to influence training plansIdentify and create the most effective visual ideation to communicate learning solutionsWork cross-functionally to conduct training needs assessments to inform training plansCommunicate effectively and professionally with the internal team and stakeholders throughout the design processFacilitate engaging and effective training sessions to deliver training plans if requiredCreate and implement the overall evaluation strategy for training plans About You; At least 5 years working within the training space, ideally as an instructional designer, or extensive involvement in training content creationExperience working with a wider variety of client groups (at Carma you will be working across blue collar, corporate, customer facing etc.)Tech savvy, able to learn new systems quickly and up-skill those around youIdeally you will have experience with an LMSTertiary qualifications in adult learning, training and assessment or relevant field would be beneficial but not essentialAny experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry would be beneficialTertiary qualifications in adult learning, training and assessment e.g Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent would be preferred Working at Carma A chance to join us at the beginning of our journey - and shape the business direction and our training framework - it it your own!Brand new office space in Alexandria, complete with fresh coffee and a games areaWork with an amazing, high performing and collaborative team that fosters innovation!This is a full time opportunity, based in our Alexandria HQ in Sydney, with some flexibility to work 1-2 days from homeAt Carma, we are committed to enhancing our amazing culture, and ensure every Carma employee can bring their best self to work!
