Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in the packaging automation industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming motion control systems and robotic machines
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley Control Logix
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience with code standardization and modularization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
