This is a full-time role based in our Banyo office. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving Kilargo’s quality assurance management systems to ensure our products meet appropriate standards. Key responsibilities will include: Establish, Review and maintain SOP’s for production processes. Carry out sample inspections of parts that have been internally manufactured or supplied externally. Monitor and document corrective actions to inspection findings and report them to management. Investigate and resolve quality issues with suppliers or internal departments. Regular compliance sample testing for fire and smoke raw material and components. We are looking for someone that can provide assistance to the management team of our Quality Assurance function. From the review & development of forms and procedures to the maintenance of our Quality Management Database, this is a role best suited to someone who has the aspiration to make it their own! WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS Advantageous to this role, but not essential, is at least 2 years previous experience in a Quality role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. We are looking for someone that has: Well established analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of standard inspection and testing methods Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
