About the Role Milwaukee Tools has an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Organisational Development (OD) & Capability to develop, evolve and implement OD and learning strategies for Milwaukee Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). The Head of Organisational Development & Capability will: Develop and execute the OD initiatives road map aimed at delivering the Milwaukee People & Culture strategy. Work in partnership with People & Culture leaders to diagnose, design, deliver and evaluate OD interventions and/ or initiatives in response to organisational needs and priorities. Work with key stakeholders to contextualise our operating environment to inform future state capabilities that are fit for purpose and enable the delivery of potential future business models. Collaborate with the Head of Customer Learning, Milwaukee to ensure alignment of the employee learning strategy to the broader Milwaukee Customer strategy. Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of employee learning programs. Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimise the learning experience. Develop and manage the budget for OD and employee learning initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivery of programs within budgetary requirements. About you Leadership experience in a similar OD environment is essential, as is a proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD and learning programs. Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing executive leaders to develop and implement long term commercial strategies to adapt with evolving market. Strong and engaging leadership abilities to manage a team of OD and L&D professionals to foster a collaborative work environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Strong strategic thinking skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Behavioural Science, Human Resources, OD, Learning/ Development.
