Manages staffing and recruiting activities, including budgeting for employment/recruiting expenditures. Responsible for managing and retaining Recruiters, designing and administering recruitment strategies and implementing recruitment plans/procedures. Researches efficient and cost effective open job placements and maintains extensive pre/post hire documentation. Maintains familiarity with recruiting tools.
