EMC Civil is seeking an experienced Management Consultant for immediate start. Must hold relevant qualifications and have recent, verifiable experience performing the following – Developing, implementing and overseeing systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency and resolve organisational problems; Analysing and evaluating systems and structures; Solve problems and develop improved operational methods to improve company performance, growth and expansion; Monitor and review company internal operating procedures; Collect and interpret relevant information and data; Identify and address problems; Recommend proactive actions to mitigate future losses; Propose improvements and present solutions by recommending new systems, procedures, or organisational changes; Address problems and develop creative solutions; Administration associated with the preparation and execution of same; Advise and guide management. This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of $95,000 plus superannuation.
