IMMEDIATE START: If you have experience in General Maintenance, we would love to hear from you. You will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties and repairs around the Resort. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); General Maintenance & repairs for common areas and guest rooms
Preventative maintenance checks
Meter readings
Assisting Tradesman as required
Assist in ensuring that guest and staff maintenance requests are attended to efficiently, with minimal disturbance or impact to the day to day operations of the resort
To complete a wide range of handyperson/fix jobs throughout the resort without supervision and with diligence
To proactively identify property operating issues within venue's, back of house and front of house to resolve with a "hands on" attitude'
To prioritize tasks in order to maximise productivity
To liaise with manager in order to gain information and execute the task effectively
Ensure safety management is appropriately instituted to reduce the risk of accident or incident
To utilise and maintain all equipment and machinery correctly and safely
To support the Resort Manager in implementing best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Perform a daily walk through of all areas of the resort inside and out to ensure that all areas and equipment is functioning, and the resort is maintained.

Requirements
Previous experience within a building or maintenance environment would be preferable. ABN is required. Flexibility with working hours, ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role. You will be required to work 6:00am-2:30pm Weekdays. Weekend work will be required.
