Job Description We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to work between both Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites (3 days per week) and Queens Wharf Residences (2 days per week). You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the hotels, working Tuesday - Saturday. About the role: Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required; Provide induction and supervision of external contractors; Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; Maintain daily work records and service schedules. Hourly rates (excluding super)Monday - Friday: $32.25 per hour Saturday: $32.25 per hour Sunday: $38.70 per hour Qualifications Successful applicants will have: Previous hands-on building maintenance experience; A passion for delivering exceptional service; Strong time management skills; An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays.
