This vital role will be responsible for the delivery of quality maintenance services throughout the College’s substantial campus and other College properties. Responsibilities The successful applicant will be able to effectively lead a small team to provide high quality service in a range of maintenance and construction works. Experience in management of preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and minor capital works are required for this position. Experience in the use of computerised maintenance management systems would also be highly regarded. Position Details This position is offered as a full-time permanent role, based at our Kent Town campus.
