We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a state-of-the-art Timber Facility, in Gilberton QLD.
Duties (included but not limited to):
Fault finding and troubleshooting machine issues
Scheduling/planning
General maintenance on all machines within the facility
Evaluating, designing, and improving preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
Adhering to all safety procedures in place to ensure efficient and adequate production results Requirements:
Certificate in Mechanical Fitting / Maintenance Fitting / Diesel Fitting or equivalent Mechanical Trade Prior experience working as a Mechanical Fitter in a Manufacturing/Factory/Production environment - working on Fixed Plant Equipment
Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team and provide support to operators
Current QLD Driver's License & reliable transport
LF Forklift License (highly regarded) What's on offer:
