This position is for a 12-month maternity leave cover with the possibility of extension.

This role will require you to put your exceptional clinical skills to use as youmake a difference in the lives of the participants on your caseloadand foster the development of others as they join the team.

Your role will include: Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to teammembers Run monthly peer group supervision sessions Deliver much needed occupational therapyservices to participants in the community Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals Your team will: Use a combination ofstandardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning, Delivermuch needed Occupational Therapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and Collaboratewith the multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
