The Role: Sydney South territory Field-based role, managing your own day in field. Support Nurses and other primary care professionals raising awareness of a specific chronic disease state and the treatment options and support available to their patients. Responsibility for creating, organising and facilitating educational presentations to groups of primary care professionals as well as providing 1-on-1 teaching sessions. Contribute to a successful national project, share ideas and make a difference to patients’ lives. The Ideal Candidate: Must be a Registered Nurse and able to provide details of AHPRA registration. Full Australian driver’s license. Able to demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen. Nursing experience within primary care setting (preferred) Excellent communication (both oral and written), engagement & presentation skills. Passionate, driven, positive and adaptable. Able to work autonomously and within a team. Organised and thorough. Strong computer literacy skills. Experience with delivering education to primary care professionals (preferred).
