Reporting to the Senior Manager Procurement, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic enabler, leveraging your expertise in procurement and contract management to drive value-for-money outcomes, risk mitigation, and governance compliance.
Your work will span the full procurement lifecycle-from developing sourcing strategies and overseeing contracts to driving process improvements and fostering strong partnerships. You will support diverse business areas and contribute to a resilient, sustainable, and high-performing supply chain.

Your key responsibilities
- Monitor contract performance, provide strategic insights, and manage contract variations.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and support access to State Purchase Contracts.
- Build collaborative relationships across business units, procurement teams, and suppliers to align strategies and strengthen market intelligence.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensure legal and ethical compliance, and contribute to sustainable procurement practices.
- Drive process enhancements, adopt emerging industry best practices, and support capability-building initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain performance.
- A strategic mindset, with strong analytical, risk management, and governance skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills-the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
- A tertiary qualification in business, procurement, supply chain, accounting, or contract management (preferred but not essential).
