About the Role

You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing tailored speech pathology interventions to enhance clients' communication, swallowing safety, and overall quality of life. The role offers variety across residential and community settings, so no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
Support residents and clients with swallowing, communication, and cognitive therapy.
Collaborate with nurses, OTs, physiotherapists, and care teams to provide holistic care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with WA compliance standards.

About You

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
Experience in residential or community aged care preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Current National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and WA driver's licence (or ability to obtain).
