A rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Litigation Lawyer to join our growing Civil Litigation Department on the Gold Coast. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to thrive in our boutique practice.
In this role, you will work in a friendly, supportive, and collaborative environment, gaining immediate real-world experience by working directly with clients.
The ideal candidate will have some experience across one or more of the following areas, including, but not limited to:
- Commercial litigation
- Occupational discipline, workplace investigations and employment law
- Administrative law such as Blue Card, weapons licensing and academic misconduct matters
Ideal Candidates Should Be:
- Holders of a current QLS practising certificate
- Excellent communicators and problem solvers
- Driven to deliver a high level of client service
- Highly motivated to produce quality work and achieve exceptional results
- Passionate or curious about developing skills in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, employment law, insurance law, contract law, and administrative law
