Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.

In 2020, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.

*THE ROLE*

Our Delivery Driver’s complete a daily sequenced call schedule to efficiently deliver Neverfail products to commercial and residential customers with a high level of customer service across Australia. Our pick up and drop off location is from *Yatala* and we are always on the look out for new talent to join our team!

In this role, you will be required to use your organisation and time management skills to service more than 40 customers per day. Working with Neverfail’s National Service Centre and the State Sales Team, you will be equipped with hand held technology to efficiently deliver products in this physical, hands-on role (with Neverfail Water Coolers as big as ours, we need someone who is capable of heavy lifting on a regular basis!)

*TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE: *
* Valid Australian MR Driver’s License or greater

* Positive attitude and high level of presentation with the ability to be self-managed

* Great physical condition with the ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling tasks

* Willingness to complete a full background check
