We’re now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and support marketing efforts across all locations, with a primary focus on our new West Footscray site, launching this August/September..

As a Sales & Marketing Manager , you’ll support all incoming lead activity across multiple locations, your main area of focus will be in generating leads, managing flow of inquiries and developing a pipeline of prospective members primarily for our West Footscray location. You’ll take care of the process from the initial chat, to showing them around to welcoming them as a member to the CLIK Collective community.
You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing communication activities to drive brand awareness. You’ll report and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and also collaborate with the wider team to enhance the overall member experience.
We’re looking for someone who knows Melbourne’s West, is deeply embedded in the local business community, and has the expertise to manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial contact to long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively develop and implement strategies to attract new members, primarily for the West Footscray location.
