What you'll be doing in this roleAs a Carer for Hotel services support, you'll provide quality, timely and effective hotel services such as laundry to residents living in our aged care home, to help support their independence and improve their quality of life. Uniting seeks Care Workers - Hotel Services (Laundry) to work at Uniting Nareen Gardens in Bateau Bay on a casual basis.Your care work may include:Providing support with household activities such as catering, cleaning and laundry making their dignity and independence a top priorityPaying attention to personal safety and risk management for you and our residents by using appropriate manual handling techniques and food safetySupporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.Who we're looking forIdeally, you'll have a Certificate II in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification.
