Employee Relations Policy & Governance Specialist Job requisition ID: 44938 Location: Sydney, NSW, AUWorkplace Type: Remote Create impact as an Employee Relations Policy & Governance Specialist YOUR ROLEAs a Specialist in the Employee Relations Policy & Governance team, you will offer reliable advice on employee relations that complies with Australian law. In this role, you’ll also lead key workstreams within strategic ER projects, following the agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices. Additionally, you'll ensure quality by monitoring progress, reporting, tracking, and managing risks. This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). ABOUT YOUProven experience as an ER practitioner in a commercial organisation of significant complexity and preferably across multiple jurisdictions, including work with complex clients, advice and employment arrangements. Experience in project and change management including cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Experience working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information. Strategic mindset – able to anticipate issues and take an active approach resolving them. Ability to influence stakeholders at a range of organisational levels. Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment.
