Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to take on a leadership role, mentoring junior lawyers while handling high-value transactions and advisory work. The Opportunity: Family Lawyer

Our client is seeking an experienced 10+ PAE Family Lawyer to step into a Head of Family Law role and join a dedicated family law team. This is an amazing opportunity for a senior practitioner who enjoys mentoring others, driving business development and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You’ll join a talented family law team including a Junior Lawyer and one Paralegal, managing a high-quality mix of parenting, property, divorce and domestic violence matters. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting more for your team and building the family law practice in Brisbane.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years PAE in Family Law, with strong leadership experience
• Accreditation is highly desirable
• Proven expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and DV matters
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Comfortable with business development and client relationship management
• A collaborative and driven mindset

As a key senior leader , you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers , oversee complex matters, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

About You:
