The Opportunity CSL (top 5 listed ASX organisation and a global biotechnology company) is continuing to invest and grow. A newly created opportunity is available for an Employee Relations Senior Manager to support CSL's APAC region Employee Relation's efforts. You will be a trusted advisor to CSL leaders regarding policies and procedures related to the management of their team. Reporting to the Employee Relations Regional Lead in APAC, you will seek to improve the employee experience while assessing, advising and decreasing the risk to CSL. The Role Manage complex ER cases to resolution independently and in collaboration with peers, ER management, respective HR Business Partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Identify the risk factors in ER cases and propose and/or direct the strategy and resolution of the case Minimise risk and exposure for CSL by maintaining fair, legally sound, documented, and unbiased approach when conducting investigations and implementing actions Educate business leaders on performance management, including progressive discipline, corrective action and annual review processes. Emphasise to leaders the importance of early intervention and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Manage medical and other accommodations/work restrictions together with other partners and facilitate interactive discussions with relevant stakeholders and medical experts Partner with internal and external employment law counsel, including identifying and coordinating cases with legal counsel, managing cases and ensuring stakeholders are advised of recommendations to achieve our goals of supporting our employees while minimising risk to the organisation Your skills and experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field or the equivalent in work experience Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience as a HR Generalist, HRBP, Employee Relations Manager Demonstrated experience managing investigations and diverse employee relations in union and non-union environments Knowledge of APAC regional and Australian employment laws, Fair Work Act and interpreting Enterprise Agreements Experience working Employment Relations cases in APAC countries Ability to make decisions which have a high impact on the department's credibility, operations, services Experience using an Employee Relations case management system Apply now to join a values-based, purpose-driven company committed to protecting public health Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
