Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory and Disputes

You will be joining a leading domestic Bank as a senior legal counsel focusing on regulatory and disputes work within a fantastic fun and dynamic culture based in Melbourne.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory investigations and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Engage and manage external counsel when required.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Legal in managing complex legal matters.

About You

You have:

• Minimum 7 PQE with relevant legal qualifications and practising certificate.
• Experience within a top-tier or highly reputable law firm.
• Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory investigations experience.
