We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Legal Administration Team in Melbourne, supporting our Finance and Real Estate practice groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing electronic and paper filing systems
Handling accounts payable and expense claims
Maintaining client databases and matter files
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Performing general administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, filing)
About You
2+ years experience in a legal or professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office apps
Confidence working with numbers and managing competing priorities
A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
