Salary : AUD 127,971 - 141,157 AUD Annual Gross

Role & Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to reporting, analytics, and planning.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAC / Data Sphere implementations.
• Document requirements and create detailed design documents.

Solution Design and Development :

• Design and develop SAP SAC models, stories, dashboards, and planning applications.
• Create and optimize data models, including importing and transforming data from various sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAC's visualization capabilities.
• Implement planning functionalities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Configure security and user access within SAP SAC.
• Design data architectures and models within SAP Data Sphere.
• Develop data integration strategies to connect diverse data sources.
• Plan and implement data governance and security measures.
• Create and maintain data models, virtual tables, and analytical datasets in Data Sphere.
• Develop data flows and transformations to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Implement data virtualization and federation capabilities.
• Design and develop SAP BW data models, including Info Cubes, Data Store Objects (DSOs), and Multi Providers.
• Create and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Optimize data models for performance and efficiency.

Data Integration :

• Integrate SAP SAC with SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP BW, SAP S / 4 HANA, and cloud-based data sources.
• Develop and maintain data connections and data flows.
• Monitor and optimize Data Sphere performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
• Ensure data quality and consistency.

Testing and Deployment :

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, and functionality.
• Deploy SAP SAC solutions to production environments.
• Provide post go-live support.

Training and Documentation :

• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end-users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SAC features and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing performance and usability.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP SAC development and configuration.
• Proficiency in data modeling and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Sphere functionalities.
• Proficiency in SAP BW modeling and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like R or Python is a plus.
• Professional experience in Agile Release Management in an Enterprise context.
• Understanding of agile and classic development processes and tools.
• Solid knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Technical understanding of complex software projects / products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting the process.
