YOUR ROLE

Being mentored by a multi-award winning industry-leading expert insolvency/commercial litigation Partner, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction of providing innovative advice to top clients (including publicly listed /international co.s, insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, debtors) relating to: A to Z corporate insolvency/bankruptcy process [advisory/transactional and litigation], corporate restructures, PPSA advices/disputes, securities enforcement, fraud/misrepresentation, voidable transaction recoveries and ASIC investigations/prosecutions.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are law degree qualified with strong academics;
have min 2+ years post qualification experience in commercial litigation including in corporate insolvency/bankruptcy law+ keen interest in this area; have strong technical, communication, advocacy and negotiation skills;
have strong relationship building and client management skills;
love what you do, set yourself high standards and are driven to obtain the best outcomes for your clients;
are seeking a long-term career as a commercial/insolvency litigator.
