This role works on an 8/8 roster, day shift only, providing essential IT support to site operations and ensuring reliable technology services across the business.

What You Will Be Doing Manage Service Desk calls and case queues Provide support for PC/LAN environments and client-server applications Support web applications, Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 products Maintain and support site operational software systems Provide support for business technologies including video conferencing, phone systems and Wi-Fi Support internal devices and computers using Microsoft Intune Maintain documentation for site technical infrastructure Manage incidents and restore failed IT services as quickly as possible Execute outage notifications and communication processes when required What You Will Need Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service focused approach to IT support Experience supporting Microsoft environments and business applications Ability to manage incidents and prioritise technical issues Commitment to maintaining health, safety and security standards and identifying potential risks across operations Whats In It For You?
