Job Description
The purpose of an Investment Manager is to lead the offline investment team to deliver exceptional results across their client portfolio, including supporting major client or sponsorship negotiations and delivery.
The Investment Manager should provide high-quality client service, maintain a cohesive team environment, and report to a Director. They are responsible for developing an Executive and Coordinator, overseeing their output, and providing regular feedback. Additionally, they support the Investment leads on various agency projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Buying offline campaigns using the Spark Activation Model & Philosophy across all offline channels
- Managing client relationships
- Conducting market analysis
- Managing internal and external relationships
- Developing and managing team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong media buying experience across all offline channels; digital experience is a benefit
- Experience managing at least one team member
- Proficiency in Office platforms: Word, Power Point, Excel
- Deep media understanding with experience in media planning and measurement tools
- Sound financial management skills
