Purpose
Karitane staff provides safe, effective, quality care consistent with the organisation's mission philosophy, values and standards of care, and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct. Digital Health Services Intake and Careline plays a key role in delivering responsive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed care to families with children aged 0–5 years via telehealth. Professional practice must reflect adherence to agreed skilled standards and be responsible for the delivery of clinical services under the supervision of the Manager.
