The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 31 industry leading principalsacross six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is knownfor producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for thebiggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced disputeresolution lawyer to join our Hobart team working on Tasmanian matters, whilstbeing based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices The role will involve defendinga variety of claims across workers’ compensation, motor accidents and generalliability claims.

The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if youhave the following skills, experience and attributes:
previous experience in defendant insurance or plaintiff dispute resolution/litigation;
3+ years PAE;
ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
ability to manage own file load; and
collaborative and pragmatic approach.
