As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, you will: Follow up warm leads from potential clients who have registered on our website, and in time, progress to handling inbound enquiries.
Utilize your training and knowledge of Biz Cover's business insurance products to help customers find the right coverage for their specific needs.
Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for everyone who engages with Biz Cover.
Drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to our ongoing success.
Adhere to all legislative and quality assurance requirements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment, although not essential.
Knowledge of commercial insurance or other insurance products would be advantageous, but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
