What you’ll do This crucial parental leave role is to safeguard Tabcorp's reputation as a leader in the entertainment and gaming industry. Our Head of Governance, Compliance & Assurance ensures Tabcorp is both operationally effective & efficient in our governance frameworks and compliance strategies and that we adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards.
What you’ll bring
A background in the Design & Implementation of Governance and Compliance Frameworks: To create and maintain governance structures, policies, and a compliance program aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
Audits and Risk Assessment excellence: Performing audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and ensure effective risk management.
Leadership: Act as the main point of contact, collaborate with senior management, and lead a team to deliver risk initiatives and maintain systems & process.
Business Compliance expertise: Help the business understand and meet compliance obligations, develop controls, and manage key operational risks, including maintaining necessary records and registers.
