This role will primarily focus on the implementation of new systems and system enhancements, encompassing system, data, and process changes. This is not your typical managerial position; it's a hands-on, collaborative role where you'll be an essential part of Uniting's IT division's project delivery team. You'll collaborate with like-minded individuals – agile innovators driven to lead and advance projects throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead agile teams and act as a Squad Scrum Master/Project Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system, data, and process changes. Drive end-to-end system implementations. Manage and implement complex projects with budgets of up to $5 million. Facilitate backlog grooming, Stand-Ups, and planning sessions, guiding the team on their Agile journey. Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including ITSC staff, Change Management Team, Program Sponsors, Business Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Project Team, and more. Continuously expand your project management toolkit, keeping up with the latest industry developments and best practices. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager for 5 years. Squad Scrum Master/PM experience. Familiarity with SAFE Agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex projects. Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills for relevant research and operational insights. Proficiency in setting up processes and systems. Previous experience with software solutions implementation. Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships. A proactive, adaptable, and resilient "can-do" attitude. Strategic planning and analysis abilities, staying updated on industry standards. Diverse industry experience, ideally within large complex projects and complex environments. Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills, with a talent for influencing and building trust through clear communication.
