About the Role; For the last 5 years we have been on a journey to embed agile ways of working that enable us to work better together to create great experiences for our team and customers. As we enter a new chapter for WooliesX, the connection between how we formulate our ambition, articulate our strategy and deliver it becomes ever more important. The Transformation & Agile Enablement Partner is a key role that Partners with the Platform MD and their respective leadership team as well as the transformation & agile delivery teams to enable the best possible execution of our strategy. This includes portfolio management, key strategic programs of work and strategic change initiatives to achieve a high level of business agility. Key Responsibilities Lead how we work, plan and deliver to maximise results, optimise ways of working and improve speed and quality of our strategy delivery. Influencing strong alignment within the broader ecosystem. Partner with the Platform MD & leadership team to oversee and deliver our strategy and our annual operating plan. Partner with leadership to de-risk aspects of the strategy and its execution, including supporting capacity mapping to ensure sound business decisions are made. Lead Platform planning for each Quarterly Delivery Cycle, working closely with the SLT, Platform Lead and the Strategy Business Partner to ensure delivery against annual operating plans, incorporating and adjusting to any changes in the competitor landscape and in response to broader macroeconomic trends. Lead delivery of strategic initiatives & programs with a particular focus on cross-tribe / cross-platform initiatives with the support of Agile Delivery Leads and Portfolio Management. Partner with C&P business partner and Platform leadership to listen and respond to Voice of Team, continually improving team engagement Partner with SLT and Platform Lead to optimise the Operating Model in accordance with WooliesX and lead the creation and deployment of change plans for significant changes to the Operating model in close consultation with Agile coaches Orchestrate Platform operational cadences working closely with Transformation, Woolworths Group, Finance, Strategy, Comms and C&P business partners About You You’re passionate about business operations and with a strong interest in Agile ways of working. Enjoy partnering with all layers of the organisation to drive outcomes and enable speed to market. You have strong business acumen and use data to inform decision making. You have strong stakeholder management skills and can translate complex dialogue into easier to digest communications and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders in both technical and business domains. You’re curious and empathetic, with an eye for the bigger picture. You enjoy challenges and solving complex problems. 5 years in senior leadership roles in a relevant environment / industry 3 years experience in a agile / scaled agile environment, ideally in a large business Relevant background in transformation, agile, organisational change, delivery Good understanding of agile operating models, organisational design Successful track record in delivering complex programs and/or transformations Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to build rapport and networks Energetic, confident and charismatic leader with the ability to inspire teams Extensive experience in influencing and managing senior / executive stakeholders Ability to understand complex problems and create innovative and pragmatic solutions Grow with the Group As an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
