Job Description Elicit requirements to determine solutions to business problems surrounding an ERP implementation. Elicit, verify and validate, undertake gap analysis, UAT facilitation, and test scenario development. Use logical techniques to analyse, evaluate and describe data model, relationships and data migration requirements. Attend and contribute to Agile meetings. The Successful Applicant The Technical Business Analyst should have a solid understanding of both business operations and technology, as well as great communication skills to successfully deliver this project. Along with this the client is looking for: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst , with a strong focus on ERP is a MUST. Proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations and optimisations is a MUST. Desirable to have experience using Oracle as an ERP. Strong communication skills and relationship building skills. Prior experience working in finance and accounting, or through ERP. What's on Offer Flexible working arrangements.
