About the role We're seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (Testing) to create a robust quality assurance (QA) framework, and implement and manage the QA standards, processes, and governance of deliverables for the Testing Centre of Excellence (TCo E).

The QA Manager will provide leadership, training, and direction to teams on QA practices and ensure QA is upheld for testing 'll join an innovative team with a supportive and collaborative our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

It's meaningful, challenging and exciting , you will:·Ensure that best practices and standards are created and implemented, focusing on being scalable, reusable, and role is to be proactively involved in the continual maturity of the Transurban TCo E capability.·Provide leadership and direction in driving high-quality delivery in BAU, projects, and enhancements.

·Define, embed, and educate on QA processes, templates, and procedures to support the levels of quality expected within Transurban.·Provide a level of governance and quality control over the deliverables of vendors.·Be responsible for ensuring the testing team activities meet SLA and KPI and delivery is conducted in accordance with established processes and procedures.

·Be accountable for project testing governance, including delivery, standards, and process.·Build relationships and work collaboratively with managers and senior stakeholders throughout the organisation to properly ensure quality management systems function.·Provide regular leadership, mentoring, and coaching to TCo E team members. This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:·Proven experience in Quality Assurance Management and Testing background·Experience in managing and delivering QA standards and processes (both people and technical) made up of a blend of internal and third-party resources.·Experience in setting technical direction & and extensive experience with quality assurance processes.·Strong Software testing background with expertise in various Testing Methodologies.

Agile ways of working experience.·Experience working in a Service Delivery model and vendor management.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills·Tools – ALM, Jira, Selenium, Rest-Assured, Load Runner, Jenkins If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
