Reporting to an independent Board, SEMPHN is funded primarily by the Australian Government to help the circa 1.5 million people in its south-east Melbourne catchment to receive the health care they need, when and where they need it, and to have the opportunity to live their healthiest lives possible. About the role In this newly created role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Business Transformation Services will lead, and have oversight of, business transformation, including transitioning to SEMPHN’s new operating model. The role will use strong lean continuous improvement and project management methodologies to lead key initiatives, and will be responsible for organisational planning, governance quality and digital to achieve successful transformative outcomes. In this critical and highly visible position, the appointee will manage and oversee the strategy, planning and execution of SEMPHN’s overall customer experience goals. About you You are a highly regarded strategic program management and operational leader ideally with experience in the health and human services sector. You have proven expertise in supporting an organisation’s transformation agenda by capitalising on your sophisticated leadership style, and through the use of strong program and change management methodologies and discipline. You are adept at developing and executing strategy in a collaborative manner and are accomplished in building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Critical to your success has been your high emotional intelligence, and ability to consistently achieve results by utilising strategic, tactical and operational capabilities simultaneously to find transformative solutions to key challenges.
