The Opportunity As the Director Information Services - Service Delivery, you will report to the Chief Information Officer and lead the development, implementation and review of information and telecommunications systems, support and service delivery to end users. In this role, you will be responsible for: Promoting the delivery of services which are highly responsive to customer needs and expectations in a complex and changing environment. Ensuring Incidents, Service Requests and Problems are promptly resolved and that action to prevent future incidents is instigated. Engaging with outsourced vendors to ensure service level agreements are appropriately managed and monitored, resolving any issues as they arise. Developing close working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to understand their business requirements and negotiate matters concerning service levels and delivery.
