The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) is a Commonwealth-funded national research infrastructure facility within the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy program. The ARDC’s Development Operations Manager (Dev Ops Manager) leads a hybrid small software development team based in Canberra and other locations. The Dev Ops Manager is responsible for building and promoting a focused, high-performing, and collaborative team environment, and communicating clear objectives to ensure the delivery, success, and continual improvement of several web-based national services that support research data discovery, connection, publishing, sharing, and reuse. Within the matrix organisation structure of the ARDC, the Dev Ops Manager reports to and works under the broad direction of the ARDC Director, Services, and the ARDC Deputy CEO. The Dev Ops Manager leads and manages a small development team of IT professionals and is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive working environment by providing guidance and support, overseeing performance, and identifying training and development needs. Remuneration and Terms Salary package: $125,186 to $131,167 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full-time, Continuing (Contingent Funding)
