Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Cybersecurity Strategy Implementation program under the guidance of ITSA, overseeing cybersecurity projects including policy uplift, the Essential Eight maturity levels, and compliance activities.
Develop ICT systems Certification and Accreditation documentation to support Authority to Operate processes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering cybersecurity awareness and skills development.
Support stakeholder engagement through executive reporting, risk assessments, and compliance updates.
Develop and refine Cybersecurity GRC frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity leadership role, with in-depth knowledge of Commonwealth Government security frameworks (PSPF, ISM).
Strong expertise in creating security documentation (SRMP, SRA, SSP, Annex A, SOPs) and conducting Essential Eight-compliant security assessments.
Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams, implementing security controls, compliance measures, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with government regulations.
