About the Opportunity As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the attraction and engagement of Aged Care professionals across your portfolio, collaborating with key internal stakeholders and working within the team to deliver high quality candidates to join our rapidly growing organisation. Your main responsibility will be sourcing and managing applicants for current and future vacancies and assisting in the development of internal opportunities whilst supporting the Talent Team Leader to help drive the talent acquisition strategy and streamline our processes. Key Responsibilities, Contribute to the implementation of the talent management strategy Consult with Hiring Managers and Operations to identify recruitment needs Provide guidance & education to hiring managers Manage job requisitions and Talent management software Writing & posting job advertisements for maximum optimisation Identify strategic sourcing channels & build a pipeline of potential hires Conducting pre-screening phone interviews Organising & participating in group & individual recruitment activities About You At least 2 years recruitment experience within Internal or Agency Experience managing bulk recruitment activities Exceptional communication skills - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and database searches Excellent writing capability & strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to influence & educate hiring managers Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Solutions focussed self-starter – excellent problem-solving skills The benefits: Salary packaging & tax benefits up to $15,900 tax free & additional $2,600 entertainment Career progression and development opportunities Range of employee benefits & discounts (300) Supportive and collaborative work culture APPLY NOW if you share our vision and values and want to join us in changing the face of aged care.
