Business Improvement Officer - Fremantle, WA - ASAP Start - Ongoing Contract
Location: Fremantle, WA • Hours: Full-time • Start date: Immediate • Duration: Initial contract until December 2025 (with possible extension) • Rate: $55-65 per hour plus Super (based on previous experience)
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of business improvement initiatives across the organisation
Assist in the development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures
Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making
Prepare high-quality reports, briefing notes, and documentation
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-agency collaboration
Contribute to the development and enhancement of Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems
Monitor project progress and support the coordination of improvement activities
What We're Looking For
A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems
Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to contribute to policy development and implementation
Excellent written communication skills, including report and briefing paper preparation
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of December 2025, with the possibility of extension.
