Job Title: HVAC Technician
Salary range: $88,920 - $108,680 per year depending on skill level + superannuation

The Role:
As a key member of our service and installation team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, safe, and high-standard HVAC solutions. You’ll work across a variety of systems and environments, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair a range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and multi-head units.
• Perform routine maintenance, conduct detailed diagnostics, and troubleshoot system issues to provide effective and lasting solutions.
• Carry out system commissioning and performance testing to ensure optimal efficiency and operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including clear communication to explain technical issues and recommended solutions.
• Strictly adhere to all Australian Standards, workplace health & safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and take pride in the presentation of your company vehicle.
• Accurately complete job reports, service documentation, and timesheets promptly.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).
• A current and clean Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience – at least 1 year of full-time work as an HVAC Technician, with demonstrated skills in installation, servicing, and fault-finding.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
