What you'll do: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play an integral role in supporting with managing escalations and handling complex or sensitive cases.

You will proactively monitor issues related to transactional HR activities, ensuring efficient case resolution before escalations occur.

Your role will also involve identifying and planning upcoming HR activities that require administrative support.

A significant part of your role will be analysing recurring issues, identifying patterns, and participating in root cause analysis to improve customer experiences.

You will also define reporting matrices and consolidate status updates.

Support Principal in managing escalations and handling complex or sensitive cases Proactively monitor issues related to transactional HR activities and manage case resolution Identify and plan upcoming HR activities requiring HR administration support Analyse reoccurring issues and identify patterns Provide support in handling escalated enquiries or issues on complex HR transactions Coordinate and monitor resolution of escalated issues and complex HR transactions Participate in root cause analysis on particularly poor customer experiences Define reporting matrix and consolidate status updates What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Specialist position brings a wealth of experience in HR partnering or consulting.

You should have a strong understanding of HR tools, processes, and systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities.

Experience in project management and roadmap delivery is highly desirable.

We're looking for someone with strong continuous improvement skills who is competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
