The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a seasoned recruiter with specific skills in Talent Acquisition to join our team on a Full-Time, 12 month Fixed-Term contract to cover parental leave.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide dedicated support and guidance to managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic recruitment efforts. You will proactively build talent pipelines, identifying and engaging with top talent while developing sourcing strategies that align with our organisational goals and values. Your role will involve managing day-to-day recruitment processes to ensure the collection of pre-employment documents, data integrity, and consistent candidate communications; therefore, attention to detail is a must.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that the Town attracts and retains the best talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. We're all about finding the right people, at the right place, at the right time.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Cert IV in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- National Police Clearance
- Rights to work in Australia
