About your new Role

This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing budgets and cash flow, ensuring compliance, and supporting both internal and external financial processes within the organisation.

  1. Oversee month-end processing, intercompany transactions, and preparation of monthly board papers for Trilogy Funds Management.
  2. Prepare consolidated management accounts, tax effect accounting, and ensure compliance with Responsible Entity’s AFS license requirements.
  3. Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, payroll, and internal cash management for the corporate group.
  4. Assist in the annual budget preparation, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flows, KPIs, and financial commentary.
  5. Support external reporting tasks, including annual financial statements, audits, tax returns, and liaising with insurance contacts.

About you

With a passion for finance and actively pursuing your CFA or CA qualification, you will have the following experience:

  1. Expertise in month-end processing, intercompany transactions, and board paper preparation.
  2. Strong knowledge of consolidated accounts, tax effect accounting, and AFS licence compliance.
  3. Proficient in cash flow forecasting, treasury, payroll, and internal cash management.
  4. Experience in preparing budgets, P&L, balance sheets, cash flows, and financial commentary.
  5. Skilled in external reporting, including financial statements, audits, tax returns, and insurance.
