WATTS Growin' Pty Ltd is a growing local gardening and landscaping business servicing Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong, and surrounding Canberra suburbs.
We specialise in high-quality lawn maintenance, hedging, garden clean‐ups, weed control, irrigation work, and general property maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
We take pride in reliable service, quality workmanship, and maintaining strong long‐term client relationships.
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hard‐working Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Team Member to help manage our regular maintenance runs and assist with general gardening and landscaping work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
Duties Include
Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing
Hedging and pruning
Weed spraying and garden maintenance
Garden clean‐ups and green waste removal
Mulching and general labouring
Basic irrigation repairs (experience preferred)
General property presentation and maintenance
What We're Looking For
Previous gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Driver's licence essential
Ability to work physically demanding days outdoors
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and pride in finished work
Ability to work unsupervised when required
Experience using commercial gardening equipment (mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, blowers etc.)
Trailer towing experience highly regarded
White Card preferred but not essential
