Your Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Graduate Documentor to join our team. This is a training-focused role designed to complement your studies or early career experience with practical exposure to real projects. You'll assist in preparing architectural documentation, collaborate with experienced Documentors and Architects, and build confidence across a wide range of project tasks. You'll also be encouraged to attend learning and development sessions to grow technically and professionally. This is a full-time position, but we're open to flexibility for the right person. Your Responsibilities

Assist in preparing documentation for new builds and refurbishments
Attend project meetings and coordinate consultant services
Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate documentation aligned with deadlines
Seek feedback and proactively build knowledge of Revit, QA standards, and documentation processes
Align your work with Watson Young's quality standards and values

About You

Recently completed suitable tertiary qualification (e.g., Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture))
Developing technical skills in Revit and understanding of architectural documentation
Organised, collaborative and detail-oriented
Excellent communicator, proactive learner, and confident in asking questions
Professional, emotionally intelligent, and ready to grow within a supportive environment
