About RDN Health
RDN Health is a social enterprise of RDN - The Charity for Health Access. RDN Health delivers integrated health access solutions for under-resourced communities. It collaborates across a range of networks to build capacity, mobilise knowledge and deliver programs and products to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in under-resourced communities, including metropolitan, rural, remote, regional and Indigenous communities around Australia and beyond.
Reporting to the Chief – Health Access Enterprises, the General Manager – RDN Health is a critical executive leadership role responsible for the performance, growth, and long-term sustainability of RDN Health. This role combines strategic leadership, operational accountability, and commercial growth, with a focus on expanding health access outcomes at scale.

About You
Proven success leading a health, social care, or adjacent service-based enterprise
Solid track record of business development, revenue growth and market expansion
Experience managing P& L; accountability and operational delivery at scale
Ability to build strategic partnerships across government and funding ecosystems
A leadership style that inspires teams and builds high-performance cultures
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities
